What coaching method do you ascribe to?
Coaching models and methodologies are not one-size fits all. Depending on your goal, I’ll adapt my style to your needs, possibly even between our sessions together.

I believe in fierce conversations and powerful questions. Those will serve as the foundation of our time together.

What are your coaching assumptions?
I assume you have it within you to achieve your goals. I also assume you know yourself, and I’ll support your exploration of personal growth. I expect my clients to come with an open mind, and a willingness to explore and stretch. I expect that you’ll bring your authentic self.
What can your client expect from you?
My clients can expect me to bring my best, honest self. You’ll find me curious, energetic and judgement-free. I’ll challenge you and ask tough questions, all from a place of positive intent.
Are there contracts or agreements that you require?
Yes. After our get-to-know-you conversation, I’ll send you a copy of my coaching agreement. Please read through the document and let me know what questions you have. Before we begin our formal coaching relationship, we will both sign this contract.
What happens If I break the agreement?
That’s going to depend on the break. Your progress toward achieving your goal is driven by your commitment to coaching. If you miss more than one of our sessions together without notice, I will terminate our coaching relationship. Let’s take a look at the Coaching Agreement to see what specific questions you have.
What happens if I don’t achieve my goals?
Our time together is one of exploration and transformation. You will drive our sessions and you have the answers within you to reach your goals. Let’s start with one goal and see where it gets us. Each coaching session will build on the last, all leading towards releasing your inner bad-ass and achieving your goal. We’ll track your progress and, as needed, adjust the frequency of our sessions or the duration of our agreement. Coaching isn’t a race towards a goal.
Do you assign homework between sessions?
During our time together, we’ll have some fierce conversations that may lead to thoughtful exercises you’ll work on between our formal sessions. These exercises are intended to extended the impact of our coaching between sessions and to further support your journey towards your goal. I won’t grade your work, though we will discuss your homework at the start of our next time together.
Do you take credit cards or insurance?
I accept payment through Venmo (@Kari-Ginsburg). At this time, I cannot accept insurance. But I do enjoy a good chocolate chip cookie.
