What it looks like
Inform
We gather to discuss where we’ve been as company and examine how we arrived to this moment. We discuss who we want to be as an organization; what are we working towards?
Imagine
For this ideal future state to become reality, what has to be true? We’ll also do a little worst-case scenario imagining of what might get in the way.
Ideate
By understanding where we’ve been and imaging where we’re going, we work hard and fast to create a strategy for the organization’s purpose, brand, culture… wherever you’re going.
Invent
We wrap up with timelines, milestones and accountability measures to keep everyone engaged, honest, and focused on this new strategic vision-in-progress.
Here’s how it works
Connection Call
We start with our connection call. During this half-hour, we’ll talk about what problem you’re trying to solve, what your goals are, and what you want to walk away with.
If we’re a good fit, I’ll send you a contract and an invoice to secure your date.
Pre-work
10 days before your Strategic VIP* Day, you’ll receive a pre-work questionnaire before our VIP Day so that we can maximize the teams ability to get shit done when we assemble.
The pre-work is due 72 hours before the Strategic VIP* Day starts. It may take up to 2 hours to complete.
Strategic VIP* Day
We can meet in person or over Zoom for an intense 5-hours of discussion, debate, and decision with you and your team. You’ll leave with a strategic vision and immediate actions you can take that are measurable and time-bound, and that are unique to you, your business, and your rules.
Final deliverables will be sent to you within 48 hours.
30 Day Support
You’ll have access to me via email and text for 30 days after our VIP* Day.
I’m available for questions, brainstorming, and accountability, and I’m also excited to celebrate your successes with you.

After the VIP* Day ends, the team will be invited to participate in a DISC Assessment to support your ongoing implementation activities.
A DISC Assessment measures the dimensions of each team member’s personality (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance) to help everyone understand how they'll behave in various situations. It also supports improved communication in working and personal relationships.
