  • Yes!  Go ahead and apply, and let me know in the final question that you’d prefer to join an afternoon or evening session.  With enough interest, I’ll add another group!

  • I can't tell you how many groups I've been a part of that I notice I disengage from because it's just a place of grumpiness and problem-spewing without willingness to be an active part of the solution. 

    That's one one reason why I ask for your challenges in the application -- I'm going to gather the themes and structure each session around a particular topic.  Will there be some complaining?  Yes. 

    But I won't let folks stay there.  It's boring for everyone, and it gives a negative energy hangover to the rest of the day.  We'll share, discuss, and get actionable together.
