Hey there, I’m Kari, your certified executive & life coach and co-conspirator

There have been times in my life – in new social situations, when I began new roles in leadership – when I forced myself to behave in a way that was inauthentic.  I tried to become someone I wasn’t because I thought that would help me succeed. I allowed my voice to be made smaller and my presence a little less flashy.

  • Weekly Reflection Prompts

    A little extra something every Friday keep you moving towards your goals; to boost your productivity without punishment.

  • A Second Set of Eyes

    Review of the stuff you’re working on, like your resume, emails, pitch decks, etc, for unbiased feedback, gentle suggestions, and a safe place to try something new before “going live”.

  • Bonus!

    One-hour coaching intensives, to be scheduled as desired (1 for 3 months, 2 for 6).

The Shortwave Details

On-demand Voxer coaching is available:
11am-7pm EST, Monday through Friday; and 10am-12 noon EST, Saturday.

Investment:

$1,996 for 3 months (or pay $695 per month)
$3,600 for 6 months (or pay $625 per month)

  • I’m so glad you’re Voxing when something is on your mind. If you Vox outside of program hours, it’s likely I’ll answer it at the start of the next business day. Now, is it possible I’ll answer if I’m available: sure. But then I wouldn’t expect you to respond until program hours resume, either!

  • Super question! You’re never annoying to me. If you’re asking that question, then you’re already honoring your boundaries and mine, and acting with integrity.

    Within the program, it is on-demand coaching through Voxer from 11am-7pm EST, Monday through Friday; and 10am-12noon EST, Saturday. These tend to be the hot times when people have had questions when I’ve offered and tested on-demand support.

    If you have a 4AM revelation or a shower thought, Vox me outside of those times and get that thought out! If I’m available, I’ll respond. If I’m not, I’ll respond during the next “on” period.

    Don’t ever worry about bothering me. You’re not. Promise.

  • Voxer is a FREE walkie-talkie application (phone, desktop) where you can text or voice chat me. Unlike a typical voice chat on your phone, our back-and-forth won’t disappear. You’ll be able to refer back and replay your favorites. Voxer also offers transcription of voice chats!
